Job summary

Sears Parts Direct is hiring for in-store Sales Associates at our appliance parts stores in the Fenton area. This entry-level role focuses on helping customers, understanding needs, and promoting products with on-site support and clear, friendly service.

We offer flexible hours, bonus opportunities on top of hourly pay, and discounts at Sears and Kmart stores. FT benefits are available for eligible employees, with training to learn repair parts and service industry basics.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous customer service experience in-store is preferred.

Sears Parts Direct is currently recruiting permanent Full-time and Part-time In-Store Sales Associates for our Appliance Parts Stores in the Fenton store.
