Sears Parts Direct in Aurora, IL is hiring permanent Full-time and Part-time In-Store Sales Associates for our Appliance Parts Stores in the Aurora store. This role provides front-line customer service, helps customers find parts, meets personal sales goals, and supports inventory and merchandising.

No overnight shifts, with discounts and opportunities for advancement. The position offers flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and a chance to learn about the repair parts and service
