Job summary

World Market in Fayetteville, NC is seeking Retail Associates to provide outstanding customer service and create a fun, memorable shopping experience. You’ll share product knowledge, help customers find items, and handle in-store checkout and buy-online-pickup purchases.

You’ll also maintain merchandising, pricing, signing, and stock levels, assist with freight, and contribute to a safe shopping environment. Flexible scheduling and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
