Job summary

Castle Chevy North in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to drive customer success through consultative vehicle discussions and expert product demonstrations. You will guide buyers to select the right vehicle and negotiate terms aligned with their lifestyle and budget.

You will build lasting relationships, follow up for referrals, and work with the Service Department to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Proven track record of strong performance.
• Self-starter mentality and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Sales Process: Exhibit consultative selling skills and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Build relationships: Nurture enriching relationships to build a strong client base.
• Product Specialist: Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies; perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Communication: Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Negotiation: Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Data and Reporting: Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
