Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals to share our story with every guest and help grow our studio.

The role involves greeting guests, presenting the OTF concept, giving tours, guiding intros with trainers, selling memberships, following up with prospects, and participating in marketing events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, whether face-to-face or on paper.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude; able to talk to anyone.
• Willingness to greet guests with energy and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros".
• Giving studio tours.
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
