Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Anchorage is seeking energetic teammates to share our story and help new clients start their fitness journey. You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros with trainers.

Whether you’re on the gym floor or in outreach events, you’ll sell memberships, follow up with prospects, and keep the studio welcoming and organized. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, in person and on paper.
• Positive, energetic personality with ability to talk to anyone.
• Ability to present the concept and guide intros.
• Willingness to work with trainers and support studio sales.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
