Job summary

Dream Riders at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking an energetic team member to support ride operations and guest services. You will set up motorized carts, assist guests, and keep the area clean and organized.

Flexible hours, overtime, nights and weekends required. Prior customer service or retail experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged. Must lift/push up to 50 pounds and handle complaints with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set-up Motorized Carts for opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper dispatching of Carts
• Monitor time for each Rider
• Maintain neat and organized work environment
• Clean and sanitize before, during and after business hours
• Address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Energetic, able to lift/push 50 pounds
• Additional duties assigned by the Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Ability to keep a neat and organized working environment

Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing are done before, during and after business hours

Flexible hours. Must be available and willing to work overtime, nights and weekend shifts.

Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
