Orangetheory Fitness in East Greenwich, RI seeks an enthusiastic team member to welcome guests, explain the Orangetheory concept, and guide new clients through introductory workouts. You will collaborate with trainers, assist in tours, and promote memberships to help the studio thrive.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and a passion for health and community. Competitive training is provided, along with a free studio membership and product discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greet every studio guest with enthusiasm and energy.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested clients, known as intros.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and grow the client base.
• Follow up with prospective clients and participate in marketing events.
• Keep studio spaces clean and organized to reflect a professional environment.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
