Role Description

This is a commission-based 1099 role for a Sales Associate that is fully remote. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, explaining policy details, handling inquiries, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • A license in Life and Health or willingness to obtain one in 30 days (we provide tuition scholarship)
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Relationships
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
