Dick Van Dyke Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, learn our products, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while contributing to daily sales.

Two pay paths: base salary plus commission or 14% commission with training pay; training on all products and policies is provided. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid time off, and more.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new offerings
• Contribute to departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Handle customer concerns professionally and partner with the customer service team to resolve issues
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store floor, including displays and merchandise

Dick Van Dyke Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company—working directly with customers, learning our products and services, and helping deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. We provide training on all products, services, and company policies to set you up for success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming store environment.

Sales Associate Compensation

Dick Van Dyke Inc. allows the Sales Associate to choose between two methods of pay while starting out.

• Base Salary: $32,000 for the first 12 months of employment + 7% commission
• Straight 14% commission + training pay of $5,400.00 over a span of 12 weeks

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
