Role Description

We are seeking 1 Full-Time and 3 Part-Time, on-site Sales Associates based in Dallas, TX. The focus will be on delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every guest at Xinú. The Sales Associate greets visitors, guides them through the olfactory journey, effectively executes brand storytelling, and provides thoughtful customer service aligned with the brand’s values. Responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor and back-of-house operate smoothly, and accurately processing sales. The role also involves building lasting customer relationships through attentive and intentional service, collecting contact information for client outreach, and supporting special events or brand activations. The Sales Associate collaborates closely with the Store Manager to meet sales goals, communicate feedback, and uphold a welcoming, inclusive environment that builds into a lasting legacy as we enter a new market.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and customer service experience, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships with confidence.
• Experience in boutique or luxury retail environments is a plus .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction with diverse customers and colleagues.

• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory processes, and cash-handling procedures.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a calm demeanor.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking, packing, and rearranging displays.
