Job summary

Finetco is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our team in a full-time role. You will greet customers, guide them through the showroom, and help them select the right building materials for homeowners and contractors.

You will work closely with inside/outside sales and design staff, maintaining product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office Suite and BisTrack knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Building material sales and customer service experience.
• Desire to continually learn new products and services.
• Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co-workers.
• Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to fill a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service that includes greeting customers, guiding them through the showroom, and demonstrating multiple product lines.
• Assist with inventory and stock maintenance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and in-person.

• Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday 7 AM to 12 PM
