Job summary

J.Crew Factory in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to bring our brand to life on the sales floor. You’ll help customers find looks they love and work closely with the team to drive business success.

Deliver a seamless customer experience with energy and inclusivity. Flexible scheduling, including nights/weekends/holidays, is required; expect baseline hours and opportunities to earn bonuses and discounts.
