Job summary

Carter is seeking a Sales Associate in Columbia Township, MO to greet families, explain baby apparel and brand benefits, and help customers choose products. You’ll play a key role in delivering friendly service across the store while supporting omnichannel needs and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle transactions, restock shelves, participate in promotions, and uphold loss prevention and safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service and engagement experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
