Job summary

Carter's is hiring a Sales Associate in Wisconsin. You will be the first friendly face for families, helping them explore baby essentials and outfit choices while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will handle transactions, assist with stock, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. The role requires enthusiasm for customers, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed to keep stock current.
• Explain promotional events and brand loyalty programs, including credit to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
