Job summary

Chico’s is looking for a Sales Associate to greet customers, deliver personalized service, and drive sales on the sales floor. You will engage shoppers, share product knowledge, and participate in merchandising and store upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment.

Join a team focused on hospitality and empowerment, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available at the Hunt Valley Towne Center location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in most states; 16+ in specified states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
