Role Overview

We are looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate, also known as a “SUGARTAINER,” to deliver a sweet customer experience and promote our brand. You will ensure the store is engaging, visually appealing, and provides excellent service.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging and entertaining customers following our SUGARTAINMENT model.
2. Assist customers with their requests and inquiries.
3. Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
4. Operate POS/register accurately for transactions.
5. Maximize store operations through merchandise displays and event setup.
6. Follow loss prevention policies and communicate issues with management.
7. Support operational tasks such as cleaning and maintenance.
8. Represent core values: Positive, Playful, Present, and a Difference Maker.
9. Achieve sales goals by explaining product benefits and suggesting additional items.

Qualifications

1. Must be 16 years or older.
2. No retail experience required; a positive and enthusiastic personality is essential.
3. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to operate POS and handle physical tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting with heavier loads with help.
