Soma — part of KnitWell Group — is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5375-Cherry Hill Mall-Soma-Cherry Hill, NJ. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization, while maintaining a visually inspiring environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; you must be at least 18 years

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
