Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5448-The Promenade at Sagemore-Soma-Marlton, NJ 08053. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service reflecting our hospitality culture.

You’ll build genuine connections, support omnichannel experiences, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation while collaborating with the team to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, guest-first approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven team player with initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Comfort with using store tools and POS systems to serve customers.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
