Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate position located in Charlotte, NC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand’s luxury standards. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide expert product knowledge, and build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Actively engaging with customers to identify their style preferences and wardrobe needs
• Presenting and selling our premium menswear collections
• Building and maintaining a personal client book
• Following up with clients on special orders and tailoring appointments
• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to store goals
• Providing expert styling advice and product recommendations
• Coordinating with our tailoring team for custom fittings and alterations
• Developing new client relationships through networking and referrals
• Maintaining detailed client profiles and purchase histories
• Supporting promotional events and trunk shows
• Managing aspects of supply chain and merchandising operations

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, luxury brands, and tailoring preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Flexibility to work retail hours including Saturdays
• Previous experience in luxury retail, menswear, or high-end sales is highly desirable
