The Connor Group is seeking driven sales professionals in Charlotte, North Carolina to join our elite Sales Associate team. No leasing experience or licenses required.

Sales Associates are the face of our business and play a direct role in driving property revenue and resident satisfaction. You’ll be the first point of contact, creating impactful first impressions, building genuine relationships, and turning an initial lease into a long-term resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with a commission structure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
