Job summary

Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly service and product knowledge that fulfills the customer experience. You will greet customers, explain options, and guide them to purchases while promoting services and promotions.

You will also handle range check-ins, timer management, and the secure rental process, working with Range Safety Officers and maintaining compliance with applicable rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in customer service sales in a specialty retail setting preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their Range USA experience.
• Convert interested customers into buyers by asking for the sale and highlighting benefits.
• Inform customers about Range USA services, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Perform range check-ins and manage the range timer to track customer time.
• Ensure a safe, compliant firearm rental process and coordinate with Range Safety Officers.
