Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and to sell Tempur-Pedic products in our store, helping customers choose the best sleep solutions.

You will uphold Tempur Sealy’s brand standards, assist with merchandising and store operations, and step in for the Store Manager when needed, including opening or closing duties. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ retail experience, preferably with luxury or premium products.
• Strong consultative sales skills and customer focus.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and collaborate in a store setting.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for Tempur-Pedic products.
• Deliver leadership in all steps of the sales process and maintain brand standards.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in-store.
• Support merchandising efforts and implementation of company programs.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by store leadership.
