Job summary

Ace Hardware in Brooksville, FL is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training to help you succeed and grow with us.

You’ll help neighbors with their projects, find everything they need in one trip, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift (6–8 hours) and may lift up to 50 lbs, with two weeks of schedule notice.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with training provided.
• Ability to assist customers in a hardware store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find products for their projects.
• Assist neighbors with their home improvement needs and explain product features.
