Job summary

COS in Bellevue, WA is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, offer genuine assistance, and guide them through their shopping journey. You will work with the team to create welcoming experiences and drive sales at the tills and on the shop floor.

The role involves processing deliveries, stocking and merchandising, with a strong emphasis on customer service and a positive attitude. Prior retail exposure is helpful but not required.

With warmth and enthusiasm, you'll guide our customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you’ll create moments that matter.

Qualifications

As a Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high level service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with textile materials are nice to have, they're not mandatory.
