Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic individuals in Bear, DE to join our studio team. You will greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout.

This role emphasizes membership sales, marketing outreach, and a collaborative studio environment. Ideal candidates are personable, communicative, and passionate about helping people improve their fitness and well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every member or guest with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals, including intro sessions.
• Give studio tours to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into memberships.
• Assist in marketing and outreach events and keep studio clean and organized.
