Talbots in Aurora Premium Outlet, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, build brand relationships, and drive sales. You will assist management with store operations, stay current on fashion trends, and help customers assemble outfits.

The role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This position offers evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with pay range $15.00–$18.75 per hour.
