Job summary

Talbots in Worthington, OH is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide an exceptional customer service experience, promote products, and build relationships with shoppers.

You will support management, keep product knowledge current, create outfits, and help achieve store goals in a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods. Must be available for 15–20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and love of fashion.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience promoting products and building brand relationships.
• Support management to help grow store business and leverage Concierge services.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multitask, and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to create outfits for customers.
• Use styling expertise to suggest items matching customer needs.
• Aim for sales and service metrics through clientelling, outreach, and events.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
