Job summary

WHBM in McAllen, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver a personalized, on-brand experience. You will share product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and help create a seamless omnichannel journey across in-store and online touchpoints.

The role requires flexible availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll join a team that values hospitality, collaboration, and opportunities to learn and grow within our brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in TX.
• Availability nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
