Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Adel, GA, and covering Southeastern Georgia and North Eastern Florida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing customer relationships, and understanding client needs to provide tailored signage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and collaborating with the manufacturing and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also maintain records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including lead generation, sales presentations, and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer relationship management and customer service experience
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of signage products and services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Electric sign sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
