Bowser Automotive Inc. is hiring an entry-level Sales Assistant to support the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager. You will help deliver a top-notch customer experience, manage CRM records, and assist with sales paperwork.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a willingness to grow in automotive sales. Pennsylvania licensing requirements are noted, and occasional driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred).
• Pennsylvania Sales License, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Follow up with current and prospective customers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Use CRM tools to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
• Assist with completing sales paperwork and documentation.
• Support vehicle delivery by explaining features and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and respond to online leads.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Follow the "Power of Bowser" sales process.
• Provide additional support as needed by the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager.
