Cedar Community in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Assistant / Move-In Coordinator to support prospective residents and their families through the move-in journey. This full-time role blends relationship-building, customer service, and sales support to create a warm, smooth transition into the community.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• Direct sales experience or customer-facing sales support is a plus.
• Knowledge of senior living or healthcare is helpful.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant /Move-In Coordinator, you will:

• Guide the Move-In Experience - Coordinate the move-inprocess from start to finish, including paperwork, apartment finish selections,billing coordination, and welcoming new residents to the community.
• Build Meaningful Relationships - Serve as a friendly andknowledgeable resource for prospective residents and their families byanswering questions, conducting follow-up, and providing information aboutCedar Community's services and living options.
• Support the Sales Team - Assist with lead management,tours, events, seminars, and CRM documentation to help achieve occupancy goalsfor Independent and Assisted Living.
• Coordinate Events & Communication - Preparemarketing materials, manage event RSVPs, complete post-event follow-up, andcollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Philanthropy, and Independent Living teams.
• Create an Exceptional Resident Experience - Support newresidents before, during, and after move-in while coordinating welcomeactivities, move-outs, and ongoing communication to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing,Communications, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Previous direct sales experience, preferably in senior livingor healthcare.
• Knowledge of senior living and Continuing Care RetirementCommunities (CCRC) is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems andMicrosoft Office.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and customer serviceskills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and currentautomobile insurance.
