Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager in the United States (georgia area) to grow sales through rental agreements and to deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and at customers’ homes.

You will coordinate deliveries, assist with pickups, and help maintain an inviting, organized store. The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
