What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Leaders

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Knowledge of Non-QM lending products
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
