Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking energetic Sales Assistants for our Portland branch. This field-based position involves meeting homeowners, generating leads, and scheduling free roof inspections to drive growth.

Integrity Roofing & Construction is seeking energetic, outgoing Sales Assistants to join our new branch in Portland. This is an active, field-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and developing valuable sales and communication skills that can lead to a high-income career.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners—generating leads, scheduling free roof and exterior inspections, and helping homeowners learn about solutions for their roofing and property improvement needs.

Weekly Schedule: 2-6pm Tuesday- Friday & 10am-4pm on Saturdays

What You'll Be Doing as Sales Assistant

• Work alongside experienced sales representatives to help keep their calendars full

• Report daily activity and results to sales leadership


• Learn professional sales and communication skills that can accelerate your career growth

Training

• Ongoing coaching on communication, lead generation, sales mindset, and customer engagement

Pay Structure

Hourly Pay + Commissions

• $16.80 per hour + Commission opportunities based on appointments set and resulting sales


• Additional performance incentives available
