Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales efforts. You will help present model homes, assist the Sales Consultant Team, and ensure model supplies and demonstrations are ready for customers.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, planning and organization, and the ability to work five days a week. Familiarity with homebuilding or real estate is a plus, and you will be part of a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing commitment to career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Available to work 5 days each week.
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

As a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.
