Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our new home sales efforts. You will help present model homes, assist the Sales Consultant Team, and ensure model supplies and demonstrations are ready for customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills.
• Available to work 5 days each week.
• Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities.
• Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards.
• Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model.
• Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers.
