Chicago Signs And Screen Printing, a subsidiary of Black Diamond Solutions, is seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Assistant to support our top producers and drive client success.

This role involves helping select products and services, creating quotes, networking with the sales team, social prospecting, and ensuring excellent customer service from pre- to post-sale. Strong written communication is essential, and experience with printing or branding is a plus.

Chicago Signs And Screen Printing, a Subsidiary Of Black Diamond Solutions, Is Looking For a High Energy, Highly Motivated, Detail-oriented Person To Work As a Sales Assistant For Our Top Producers. This Position Will Help In All Aspects Of The Sales Process Including

• Helping to determine the correct products and services to offer
• Creating quotes and proposals for potential new and current clients
• Networking with the sales team
• Some social prospecting
• Working closely with the sales team to create an exceptional customer service experience
• Following up on pre and post sales activities

The main goal of the sales assistant role is to allow the sales team to constantly be out looking for new business while still supporting clients and potential new clients.

Candidates Being Considered Will Have The Following Qualities

• Technical-A knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to navigate online applications needed for the position.

Experience with printing, custom apparel, branding, retail, marketing, screen printing, and customer service are a big plus!
