Lifespace Communities is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Friendship Village of Bloomington to generate interest from new leads and manage inquiries. You will contribute to the sales and marketing office with hospitality for prospective residents and guests, and support the director of sales through active outreach.

The role includes handling leads in REPS, conducting telemarketing and presentations, coordinating events, and assisting in the community marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Two-three years applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, or psychology field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct telemarketing and sales presentations with follow-up of collateral material mailed in a timely manner.
• Welcome prospective residents and guests to the sales and marketing office and provide hospitality to all guests.
• Provide back-up support for director of sales through ongoing contact with prospective residents via telephone, personal visits, tours, events, seminars, and home visit activities.
• Manage all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry in the Leads Management System (REPS).
• Assist with the development of the community marketing plan.
• Monitor and provide information regarding the effectiveness of the advertising and marketing program.
• Coordinate logistics for sales events, such as lead generation and conversion events.

• Manage all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry: communication with administration, communication with direct supervision and accurate documentation of all contacts in the Leads Management System (REPS).
• Assist with the development of the community marketing plan.
• Monitor and provide information regarding the effectiveness of the advertising and marketing program.
• Coordinate logistics for sales events, such as lead generation and conversion events.
