Job summary

Tudor is seeking a Sales Associate for our Century City boutique. This client-facing role places you at the heart of the boutique experience, guiding clients through our collections and building lasting relationships.

You will contribute to a high-performing, service-driven team culture while upholding luxury standards, supporting inventory and visual merchandising, and collaborating with teammates for a seamless client journey.。

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join the Tudor team at our Century City boutique. This is a client-facing role at the heart of the boutique experience — you will guide clients through our collections, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a high-performing, service-driven team culture.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine curiosity
• Guide clients through Tudor's collections with confidence and product knowledge
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a personal client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through consultative, non-transactional selling
• Support daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and boutique standards
• Collaborate closely with teammates to create a seamless and elevated client experience
• Represent the Tudor brand with impeccable presentation and conduct at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end hospitality
• A genuine passion for client relationships and a natural sales instinct
• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to connect authentically with a diverse clientele

• Polished professional presentation aligned with luxury standards
• Curiosity and eagerness to deepen product knowledge and develop within the brand
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and key retail periods as needed

Average total compensation you can reach up to $80,000/year-$100,000/year, including base hourly rate plus individual and team commission structure.
