Job summary

Castle Biosciences, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales, Area Manager for the Derm Team, based in Fresno, CA, working remotely from a USA home office. You will drive revenue growth, educate physicians, and promote dermatology diagnostics within the Fresno territory.

Reporting to the Regional Business Director, you will manage key accounts, develop strategies to adopt products, and travel up to 50% to support customers and training initiatives.

Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team, working remotely from your USA-based home office in Fresno, CA, covering the Fresno, CA territory with a November 16, 2026, start date.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

A Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team Reporting to the Regional Business Director, and working remotely from home, the Sales, Area Manager, Derm Team will be responsible for revenue growth and product adoption. This position will conduct Physician education and present dermatological sales to new and growing accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills both written and oral.
• Full understanding of complex diseases and marketplaces with preference given to oncology, dermatology, and rare disease products or testing.
• The Castle Area Manager is required to complete all training programs and thoroughly understand the diagnostics and oncology marketplace.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Preference given to experience with oncology, dermatology, and rare disease products or testing.

TRAVEL

• Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekends as required.
