Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Sales Applications Product Manager to operationalize how we sell and serve customers through systems, workflows, and data. You will bridge business needs with IT, owning the product vision, backlog, and adoption across Sales, Enablement, Customer Experience, Marketing, and IT.

You will translate sales processes into scalable workflows, tackle gaps, and deliver integrated solutions while driving user adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in business applications product management, sales operations, or business applications.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and workflow tools.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated success translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong product management discipline (roadmap, backlog, delivery).

DescriptionSales Applications Product Manager(Reports to Director of Customer Experience)Role PurposeThe Business Application & Process Product Manager is responsible for operationalizing how we sell and serve customers through systems, workflows, and data. This role translates sales processes, customer experience requirements, and business priorities into scalable applications and integrated workflows that drive productivity and measurable business outcomes. It serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT, with accountability for product direction, delivery, and adoption. Areas of responsibilities include Business Application Ownership, Process Translation & Workflow Design, Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements, Delivery & Technical Collaboration, and Adoption & Value Realization. We want you to choose us.What We Offer:Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $108,500-$162,700 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.Benefits: When you join our team, you and your dependents will be offered coverage under our comprehensive employee benefits plan, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. We offer a pre-tax Health Savings Account option which includes a company contribution. Other benefit options are also available such as voluntary Long-Term Care and Employee Assistance Programs. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
