Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program with a focus in Marketing, Operations, or other related fields.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Applications team with ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and CRM-related practices.
• Update internal documentation and intranet content to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Research opportunities to improve application usability and process efficiency.
• Coordinate action items and assist across cross-functional teams.
