Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years minimum experience in varied engineering and sales experience.
• Proficiency with 2D or 3D CAD.
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work additional hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• Travel: minimal to none.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical interface to customers, supporting spring and formed wire design needs with application-driven, value-based solutions.
• Partner with internal and external sales teams to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical estimates and formal quotations, balancing performance requirements, manufacturability, cost, and lead time.
