• Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representative inquiries regarding special applications, systems or pricing.
• Process requests for modifications or options and other general information not covered by published pricing.
• Stay informed on new products and competitive models in the marketplace.
• Communicate suggested modifications to the company's products/services to meet customer requirements. Provide feedback to product management for product services requirements not met by the current product line.
• Write and/or provide input to assist in preparing technical literature for internal and field applications.
• Participate in product training of sales representatives and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,000-$124,300 in Virginia. The range displayed represent the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
