Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Spring Towne Center financial center in Sinking Springs, PA (Berks County). Must be available to work during branch hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

1. Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and according to bank policies.
2. Drive proactive sales and referral conversations through various interactions including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
3. Utilize CRM and other resources to build relationships and onboard new customers.
4. Support customers with products and services, including opening accounts and operational tasks.
5. Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies, demonstrating sound judgment.
6. Leverage digital solutions to support and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Preferred: 6-12 months of cash handling experience.
