Sales & Service Representative
Location: West Columbus, fully onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a motivatedSales & ServiceRepresentative. In this role, you will work on an established sales team, providing outstanding service, technical support, and sales solutions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships,ensuring their product and service needs are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Process orders, generate quotes, and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving related to product applications.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
  • Support business growth through proactive outreach, client retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales specific to building materials, or concrete products is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of construction needs is a plus.
  • Comfortable using sales software, order management systems, or similar tools.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
