Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Boise, ID is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver. You will engage in heavy labors such as loading/unloading, while visiting multiple sites daily and handling drum exchanges. This role offers uncapped commission and a $5K sign-on bonus with overtime opportunities.

The position requires a 1-week out-of-state training academy, 25% travel, and compliance with DOT and safety regulations. Employment includes company-paid training and health benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Background check, drug test, and physical as per position.
• Basic computer and math skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
• Visit 10-12 customer sites per day.
• Switch out 15- to 30-gallon drums of solutions.
• Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks.
• Upsell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.
• Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups timely.
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
• Safely operate vehicles per U.S. DOT and other requirements.
• Observe all environmental health and safety guidelines.

• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
