Job summary

Sephora TX-North East Mall (0080) is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team, deliver outstanding client service, and exceed sales goals. You’ll coach, develop, and mentor associates, while maintaining store standards and daily operations.

Must have 2+ years of leadership in retail with strong communication, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Hourly pay ranges from $24.00 to $27.50 per hour, plus healthcare and wellbeing benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
