Sephora USA, Inc. Brandon store seeks a Sales and Service Leader to drive store success by coaching, guiding and developing a high-performing team while delivering outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage daily operations, foster inclusivity, and promote Sephora standards, ensuring exceptional service and measurable sales results while supporting loyalty programs and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
• Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
